Founders of socially and environmentally responsible companies and organizations have a lot of options about how to structure their ventures. Certified B Corps and Benefit Corporations are two new dynamic options available in Wisconsin, but how can innovators decide if one of these routes is a fit for them? What benefits do these approaches offer for founders? What legal considerations are important to weigh? In this panel discussion, three founders of social enterprises will discuss their pathways to becoming businesses focused on doing good and doing well.
