Winner of 8 Tony Awards, this folk-infused, hard-hitting rock musical is based on Frank Wedekind’s 1891 play exploring coming of age in 19thcentury Germany. Re-introduced into the national spotlight through NBC’s “Rise” and high-profile productions across the country, Spring Awakening explores the hard issues of teenage life in a restrictive environment mixed with exuberant rock music and edgy style.

Spring Awakening contains adult themes and language and may not be appropriate for children under the age of 12.

Spring Awakening runs approximately 2 hours including one 10 minute intermission.
