Stritch to host first-ever Drive-Thru College Fair Oct. 3

More than a dozen colleges and universities will participate in a first-of-a-kind Drive-Thru College Fair on Saturday, Oct. 3, on the Cardinal Stritch University campus, located at 6801 N. Yates Dr., Fox Point. The free event will be held from 10 AM-Noon.
“We recognize the importance of evolving college fairs in order to provide opportunities for students and their family members to learn about higher education in a safe and convenient manner during this unprecedented time,” said Tracy Fischer, Vice President of Enrollment Management at Stritch. “Stritch is proud to have developed and to host this new, innovative model for college fairs and we are thrilled that so many colleges and universities will join us.”
The following institutions have confirmed participation:
- Alverno College
- Bellin College
- Concordia University Wisconsin
- Edgewood College
- George Williams College of Aurora University
- Marquette University
- Milwaukee Area Technical College
- Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design
- Milwaukee School of Engineering
- Mount Mary University
- University of Wisconsin-Green Bay
- University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
- Waukesha County Technical College
- Xavier University
College/university representatives will staff tents that will be stationed along the driving path surrounding Stritch’s 40-acre campus. Prospective students can obtain information from colleges/universities without leaving their vehicle. Institutional representatives, including financial aid staff members, will be available for personal meetings that will be conducted in a safe, socially-distanced manner.
