Jeff Zimpel, '09, named Artist in Residence at Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel

Stritch alumnus Jeff Zimpel has been named the first Artist in Residence at Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. The Cedarburg resident will have a studio inside the property where guests can engage with his interdisciplinary style and observe his work come to life. The residency, which runs through May 2023, is an extension of his "An Ecology of Marks" project.

Jeff is currently the Instructional Designer for Arts@Large in Walker's Point. He earned a B.F.A. in graphic design from Stritch in 2009 and was named Stritch's 2019 Graduate of the Last Decade.
