2023 Graduates:
Will Stritch hold a commencement this spring?
Yes, commencement will be held on Sunday, May 21 at 10 a.m. at the Wisconsin Center. More information is available on the commencement webpage: https://www.stritch.edu/students/commencement.
If I am graduating this spring semester, will I receive my May 2023 diploma?
May 2023 diplomas will be mailed after spring grades have posted and the final degree audits have been completed. All financial obligations must be met including payment of the $40 diploma fee in order for the diploma to be released.
If you are graduating in May 2023, your degree will not be posted until the spring semester grades have posted and the degree audit has been completed.
Transcripts
How do I order my official transcripts?
Please check your unofficial transcript on My.Stritch to make sure that your final grades have posted.
You can also download an unofficial copy of your transcript in My.Stritch.
If your final grades have not posted, you will need to re-order your official transcripts after grades have posted.
If you are graduating in May 2023, your degree will not be posted until the spring semester grades have posted and the degree audit has been completed.
Official transcripts can be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse: https://www.stritch.edu/Campus-Resources/Transcripts.
Please note that all financial obligations must be met before transcripts can be released. If you have a hold, please contact the Business Office at businessoffice@stritch.edu.

After Stritch has closed:
How will I be able to get a copy of my transcript after the closure?
Official transcripts will be available for ordering after the closure. Details are being worked out for the housing of transcripts.
How can potential employers verify my degree and dates of attendance?
Verification companies can check the National Student Clearinghouse. If your information is not available through the Clearinghouse, it will be available by written request from the organization that will house the transcripts. The organization will be named and announced once details are finalized.
Will my degree be recognized after the closure?
Yes, higher education degrees always remain valid if conferred by a fully accredited institution at the time of closure.
