Office of Information Services

The Office of Information Services is responsible for all aspects relating to information services and technology at Cardinal Stritch University. This includes responsibility for desktop and mobile computing, enterprise applications, data quality and institutional research, communications technology and the library. The Office of Information Services is responsible for the development of standards, guidelines, policy, as well as the functional areas of telecommunications, library and learning services, instructional technology, classroom support and training, enterprise applications, networking and security, and help desk support.

Mission Statement

The Office of Information Services partners with the Stritch community to provide relevant technologies and information services supporting the student learning process, academic programs, and the administrative functions of the University.

We are located on campus in Bonaventure Hall.


Technology Help Desk: Cardinal Stritch University's Technology Help Desk is the single point of contact for students, faculty and staff with regards to any technology related questions or concerns.

Self Help Ticketing Portal: (Place in your own request for assistance) For assistance with Canvas, Email Account Lockouts, Parking Pass Questions, Wi-Fi, Residence Hall Technology Issues, and General Requests.

DigiCopy: All employees are expected to utilize the Digicopy for Copy Center requests (printing, copying, finishing). Staff and faculty will use the online storefront for submitting orders. ALL orders must be placed in the new website so that an invoice is created. This one requires the use of your 28 digit department code. To access the site you will need to self-register using your Stritch email account and a password that you create (exp: Students and personal orders can be placed in the retail location. You will have the option to have it dropped off at the Technology Help Desk. (Saves you shipping costs)

Canvas User Guide: Canvas is a cloud-native learning platform and learning management system used by millions of students across the globe. These guides will get you started with the basics of Canvas.

Student Getting Started Guide: Congratulations on becoming a Stritch Student! Once you complete the steps to activate your account, you will have access to Stritch Resources including Wolfmail, MyStritch, University computers, Canvas, and more.

Information Services & Software: A single site that describes and/or provides access to all primary software applications at Stritch.  View our offerings and log in today!

Parking Guide: You can now pick up your parking pass during the Technology Help Desk hours. We are located in the lower level of Bonaventure Hall near the computer labs.

Stritch ID Card Guide: At Stritch we want to make your identity within our community safe, convenient and comprehensive.

Print Services (PaperCut): Print stations are available for use by staff, faculty, and students in all Cardinal Stritch University public computing spaces. The typical print station includes at least one black & white printer, one color printer, and one multi-function device.

Astra (Campus Room Booking): Hosting an event, course, or need to move your class? Reserve a location on campus using this tool.

For all Audiovisual Equipment Requests: (We require 48 hours prior to the event) This includes: LCD Data/Video Projectors, Laptop Carts, Laptops (Employees only), and Mobile Smart Boards.

Consultation on potential new information resource, application, facility, or service. 

Policies: This site serves as a repository for University Policies and as a resource to support policy development and management at Cardinal Stritch University. The University Policies are an important way to communicate the University’s values and expectations to members of the Wolf Community, and to provide guidance as to their observance. In contrast with school, department, or unit policies, University Policies must be followed throughout the University.
