A message from Stritch President Dr. Dan Scholz
I am humbled to share with you that the University’s Board of Trustees recommended to the leadership team of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, our founders and sponsors, that I be named the 10th president of Cardinal Stritch University. The appointment became official on June 24, 2021.
It is a privilege to serve as Stritch’s President. Our students are at the heart of all we do here. Throughout my 17 years at Stritch I have seen the results of a transformative Stritch experience in our students and alumni in every interaction with them. I am committed to ensuring a Catholic, Franciscan education remains available to all those who seek it. We have a very special opportunity to make a lasting impact on our students and our community and this will be one of my top priorities.
I know that you believe in Stritch as strongly as I do. You are essential to the long-term success of our University. I will need the help, support and prayers of all members of the Stritch family – our students, alumni, faculty, staff, friends and partners – to carry on our strong Stritch legacy for years and years to come.
You have my deepest gratitude for all that you do for Stritch. I look forward to working with you and sharing updates on all of the great things that are happening on campus.
Pace e bene. Peace and all good.
