CS 280 Overview

This course introduces Artificial Intelligence and the field of deep learning using Python language and the powerful Keras library. You will build your understanding through intuitive explanations and practical examples while you explore challenging concepts and practice with applications in computer vision, natural-language processing, and generative models. By the end of this course, you will have core knowledge and hands-on skills to set up a deep-learning environment and apply deep learning in practical applications. No previous experience with Keras, TensorFlow, or machine learning is required. It is recommended to have experience with Python programming. Prerequisite: CS 212 and CS 213.
