NRS 524 Overview

In this course, the student will examine contemporary leadership theories, frameworks, and practices from a systems level perspective. In addition to learning how systems work together, the student will leverage skills needed to be successful leaders in today's dynamic healthcare environment. Characteristics of personal and professional leadership will be assessed. Prerequisite: NRS 521.
