NUR 115 Overview
This course prepares students to provide holistic, person-centered care to diverse patient populations. Students will examine the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit as they develop essential knowledge and skills to positively influence health and healing of the whole person. Diverse cultural and spiritual practices will be explored, including integrative health care modalities. Emphasis will be placed on critical self-assessment and the impact of personal beliefs on patient care. Prerequisite: BSN major.
