PL 305 Overview

In this course, students explore the foundations of politics by studying the fundamental works of political philosophy. Students are asked to grapple with the following questions: What is justice? What is power? What is liberty? What is the best way of life? What is the best way to organize our political life? Special attention also is paid to understanding the foundations of American political thought. This course is also listed under POLS 305.
