SPN 401 Overview

This is a culmination of the student's undergraduate preparation in Spanish. Under the guidance of a faculty member, students will be directed to study areas of language and literature needing additional exposure or reinforcement. The structure of this course is primarily thematic favoring a multi-disciplinary approach. Students will work with films, letters, photographs, plays, and essays to produce a series of research projects assigned throughout the semester. Consequently, this course will help students gain a solid foundation to be able to do research to write in a more sophisticated, academic manner. Prerequisite: Senior standing.
