Bill L. Marcou

Biography

Bill Marcou joined Stritch in December 1993. He has performed numerous roles at Stritch throughout the years including the Assistant Director of User Support Services and the Director of Project and Performance Management. In his current role as the Director of Intuitional Effectiveness, Bill is responsible for assisting campus constituents with data needs and leads analyses to support institutional decision-making. He provides data analysis, reporting, and/or research as needed to support the University’s mission and strategic plan. He also acts as Stritch’s Accreditation Liaison Officer for the Higher Learning Commission and is the Keyholder for IPEDs reporting. Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Science in Computer Science Education from Cardinal Stritch University. He is also an alum of the Educause Management Institute and has successfully completed certifications in Mediation Training and Transformational Leadership at Cardinal Stritch University.
