Biography
Christina Kamer joined Cardinal Stritch University adjunct faculty in 2004. She has a Ed.D. in Adult and Continuing Education, a Ms.Ed. in Human Resources Development from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL and a B. A. in Business from Webster University, St. Louis, MO. She is the owner of a Human Resources consulting practice, HR Capital Management Consulting, Rockford, IL. She teaches classroom and online courses undergraduate and graduate level. Christina's areas of research and scholarship include organizational development and change management.
