Hello! Thanks for taking the time to get to know me and I look forward to getting to know you too! I joined the Stritch Community in August 2018 to work with first generation college students, students of color, and students from low income households in the LDRS Initiative as the Program Coordinator. As the LDRS Initiative Program Coordinator I am responsible for designing and implementing a leadership development and college success curriculum through early orientation, weekly workshops, a retreat, and one on one meetings with students. I am also responsible for recruiting students into the program and supporting their success throughout their time at Stritch. This role is a dream come true for me because I’m committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in educational environments and ensuring that each member of our community has opportunities to thrive. When I’m not connecting with students I’m connecting with family and friends, usually through nature, books, food, and traveling. B.A., Marquette University M.A., Western Michigan University

Why Stritch?

"It makes a huge difference to work and learn in an environment with strong values and a clear mission. Stritch’s Catholic, Franciscan values of creating a caring community, peacemaking, showing compassion, and reverencing creation define everything we do and inspire us to live out those values every day. Because of the size of our university we are especially well equipped to create a caring community that feels like family. I feel like we really get to know our students and coworkers which enables us to deliver a personalized and holistic educational experience. I love being a part of the Pack!"
