Jane Radaj is the Director of Cardinal Stritch Literacy Centers who has spent most of her career working with students who struggle with reading. In addition, she is an adjunct instructor in Cardinal Stritch University’s Language and Literacy doctoral program specializing in assessments and serves as a chair for doctoral students’ dissertations. Previous experiences encompass leadership roles as a K-12 Reading Specialist and an elementary Reading Specialist. She is also certified as a K-12 Principal and a Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Her interests include reading disabilities, literacy curriculum and instruction, intervention, and professional development. Jane earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction – reading from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, a master of business administration – finance from the University of Whitewater, and a doctor of philosophy – language and literacy from Cardinal Stritch University.
