Jessica Mould is a highly professional Training and Development Specialist who provides quality services and utilizing unique methodologies that promote student, faculty, and staff growth. She also manages the Technology Help Desk with the support of a team of over fifteen student employees. She has a diverse background, consisting of both technical and creative arts. These two passions combined have given Jessica the foundation to connect and implement innovative strategies.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin, graduating with honors. Though she has always been interested in this particular field, she decided to invest her time in a technology and training career instead. She enjoys being able to provide helpful customer service and working with software systems. Even with this aspiration shift, Jessica is still able to reveal her creative side by proactively assisting the university in presentation activities. Some of the projects she works on include constructing eye-catching campus digital signage, graphic & instructional design, and photography for Canvas (LMS System).
In January of 2020, Jessica began a new educational journey and is diligently working towards her Master of Business Administration degree. She is extremely excited to take on this new challenge and obtain advanced knowledge to sharpen her understanding of business elements.
With her devotion and enthusiasm, Jessica is a powerhouse in everything that she does and is always thinking outside the box. She continuously reads and listens to training and customer service audiobooks, attends webinars & training sessions to stay up to date on the ever-changing technology and societal trends. Though she is highly self-motivated, her biggest inspiration is the students and being able to help guide them to thrive in life and achieve their personal and professional goals by working with our team.
