Biography

People are an organization's greatest asset and competitive differentiator. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of coaching and developing talented individuals who delivered amazing results while having fun. I am an accomplished leader with diverse experiences leading multi-million dollar programs and teams with a proven track record of aligning business goals with technology solutions resulting in superior customer service, process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains. My career has allowed me to deliver these results across multiple industries including insurance, healthcare, financial technology services, manufacturing, distribution and IT consulting.

Giving back to our communities is of equal importance to me. I have the honor of volunteering at our local hospital each week and am a director on two area non-profit boards providing housing and services to all in our communities. I am a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University and hold a Master of Science in Management. I have had the good fortune to become ITIL Foundations, Prosci Change Management and SHRM SCP certified and completed Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP and Scrum training.

In my free time, I am an adjunct faculty member teaching undergraduate and graduate level business and technology courses.
