"From the very first day I walked onto campus at Cardinal Stritch University in 2016 as a Ph.D. student, I have a felt a strong sense of family and community that I have yet to feel on another college campus on which I have attended or worked. Stritch is a place where you can be comfortable and confident being who you are and who you want to be. The faculty, staff, and students all work together to create a welcoming environment. It is rare to walk down the halls and not hear and see individuals hugging, shaking hands, saying hi to each other, or having animated conversations. While we are a humble institution, thanks to the roots and guidance of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, we have a strong sense of self and know who we are. We know that when individuals come to our campus and interact with the community here, they will feel that way too. I hope that you decide to join us on campus! "
