Biography
Todd joined the Cardinal Stritch University faculty in 1999. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stritch, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management from Stritch, and is All But Dissertation (ABD) with his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Walden University. He’s also an adjunct faculty member for Minnesota State Colleges.
Todd is an entrepreneur and seasoned C-level business leader/manager/coach/educator, with 25+ years of experience in executive/leadership coaching, organization/employee development consulting, the for-profit/non-profit, service, information technology, communications, higher education, health care, tribal, and energy utility sectors. He's also a managing partner of a Wisconsin-based business management consulting firm.
Todd teaches graduate and undergraduate level courses in a variety of business disciplines, including/especially the Capstone.
