"Stritch is a richly diverse community of learners, in an environment that embraces values that celebrate that diversity and allows it's community members to flourish. In my role I have the unique opportunity to gain insight and learn about the hopes and dreams of each individual I meet. Whether I am meeting an enthusiastic freshman who is exploring options that will lead to their future happiness, or a seasoned professional considering changes that will allow them to make a greater impact on their community, helping individuals understand who they are and how they can best reach their potential is a privilege.
