Tracy A. Fischer

Biography

Tracy A. Fischer has been with Cardinal Stritch University professionally since August 1999. During her years at Stritch she has served in numerous capacities. Fischer was formally named to her current role, Vice President of Enrollment Management, in May 2019. In this capacity she oversees all areas of Enrollment Management – promoting both recruitment and retention -- including University Marketing, Undergraduate Admissions; Adult, Professional and Graduate Admissions; Enrollment Partnership Development; Enrollment Operations and Data Analytics; Financial Aid; Academic Advising; as well as the Office of the Registrar. Fischer’s prior roles at Stritch have included as Vice President for Student Affairs/Title IX Coordinator, Senior Director of Student Success, Senior Director of Advising and Registration/University Registrar, Director of Academic Advising and One Stop Enrollment Services, as well as numerous roles within Undergraduate Admissions.
Fischer is a three-time alum of Stritch where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broad Field Social Studies and History in 2000, a Master of Arts degree in History in 2005, and a Master of Business Administration in 2009. With over 22 years of higher education experience, Fischer has an extensive background in enrollment, recruitment, student success, retention, student affairs, assessment and compliance.
