Transcripts

Ordering your official transcript online

The University has also authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide official transcript ordering via the Web. The ordering service is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Electronic PDF delivery of transcripts is available for $11.90 per transcript. The cost is $10.90 per transcript for mail or pick-up options. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you or you may track your order online here.

If you are a current student, please check your MyStritch account to make sure your grade has been posted before ordering your official transcript. NSC will cancel any orders that are still on hold after 30 days. Please also make a note of your Stritch ID number from your grade report. You will need to provide either your Stritch ID number or your Social Security number when making your request.

After Stritch has closed:
How will I be able to get a copy of my transcript after the closure?
Official transcripts will be available for ordering after the closure. Details are being worked out for the housing of transcripts.

How can potential employers verify my degree and dates of attendance?
Verification companies can check the National Student Clearinghouse. If your information is not available through the Clearinghouse, it will be available by written request from the organization that will house the transcripts. The organization will be named and announced once details are finalized.

Will my degree be recognized after the closure?
Yes, higher education degrees always remain valid if conferred by a fully accredited institution at the time of closure.

Please note that accounts are valid for one year after the last date of attendance. We recommend that you send your unofficial transcript request to the Registrar's Office by fax, email, or mail with this form.
