Self-assessment screening tools

Mental Health America offers free screenings for a range of common emotional conditions that often go undiagnosed and misunderstood. If you haven't been feeling like yourself lately, a simple online screening could help determine a place to start.

Once you take an online screening, you will receive immediate feedback about your score. If you score indicates you may have mental health concerns, or you have questions about the screening, please contact a member of our staff to set up an appointment to determine the next steps to a happier, healthier you.

If you are in need of immediate assistance, please dial 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255
